Our Administrative team are the glue that hold Pennsylvania Dermatology Partners together and are responsible for its growth and success.
Laura comes to Pennsylvania Dermatology Partners with more than 12 years of experience in Marketing and Communications. Prior to joining the team, she was involved in managing digital marketing campaigns for multi-location businesses. Her marketing experience includes marketing strategy and budget management, internal and external communications, social media management, event planning, project management, and digital advertising.
The work she’s been most proud of throughout her career are the projects that can be tied back to having the biggest positive impacts on the business. She has a strong attention to detail and is always striving to maintain a brand’s integrity.
Laura attended West Chester University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, rock climbing, and spending time outdoors with her fiancé and their dog.
Christi was born in Pottstown and raised in the Birdsboro area. Her husband is retired Army and they have lived in Ft Bragg, NC and Clarksville, TN before retiring in Pottstown, PA to be near family in 2015, when Christi started at PDP.
Christi fills the roles of lead medical assistant in our Pottstown clinic as well as senior trainer of Medical Assistants. Christi also oversees all medical supply ordering, insuring that all offices are appropriately provisioned on an ongoing basis.
She and her husband have two children, Dylan (13) and Tyler (10) who keep them very busy with all their sports. They also enjoy traveling and kayaking.
Operations Manager, Technology and Facilities
When Cesar’s original field of study, Mechanical Engineering didn’t work out, he switched over to his other passion – technology. He has been building state-of-the-art server and network systems for the last 10 years and enjoys testing IT framework resources to effectively and efficiently grow the enterprise. Cesar also strategizes and implements service provider partnerships as it relates to each individual office. He reports directly to the COO who he works in tandem with.
Cesar has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Management (ISAM), as well as various other IT certifications.
Outside of work, Cesar enjoys outdoor adventures. His passions include his faith, family, and friends. He has two children and is active in all of their activities and learning. In his spare time, he volunteers for a local nonprofit helping at risk youth in Berks County, the Million Youth Chess Club. He hopes to grow into a seasoned CIO one day.
Suzanne Strybuc is a senior level healthcare administrator with more than a 30 year history of managing multi-site organizations. This has included private physician practices such as: Hematology/Oncology; Gastroenterology and Primary Care. She has demonstrated expertise in front line operations and clinical workflow. Her skill set is particularly strong in procedure development, operational efficiencies and team building. Some of Suzanne’s accomplishments over the years have been operational reorganization. This has led to improved operational effectiveness, enhanced physician referrals and increased overall patient satisfaction.
Suzanne has a history of implementing centralized Call Centers for patient access that has included up to 25 providers and several locations. She has also initiated ground level implementation of office based pathology labs. Along with coordinating an intravenous infusion suite. She enjoys the challenge of practice moves and expansions.
Suzanne is a graduate of Katherine Gibbs School of Business and has studied at Holy Family University. She joined PDP in 2019 and is extremely excited to be part of the management team.
On her down time, Suzanne enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid Philly sports fan.
Director of Human Resources
Paula has a passion for helping people and the continual improvement of the HR process to build an exceptional and respected Human Resource department. She has successfully established a Human Resource department while maintaining HR best practice with minimal disruption to clinical and administrative services. Paula has supported and interfaced with diverse leadership teams and created efficiencies to ensure the continued success of the organization.
Paula lives in South Coventry with her husband, two sons and dog Rhino. When Paula is not working, she likes to spending time in the outdoors camping, gardening, working on home renovation projects and crafting.
Customer Service Manager
Barbara began her journey with the Pennsylvania Dermatology Partners family over 10 years ago. She joined our practice as a Medical Assistant and has had the privilege of assisting in surgical procedures, central surgical scheduling, and business marketing. Over the years Barbara has proven to be dedicated and passionate in providing excellent patient and customer care. Her loyalty and knowledge & experience in the field has made her a great fit to manage our company’s Customer Service Team. She is excited to be a part of the company’s success and looks forward to continuing her individual growth with the practice. Barbara strives to improve and build a productive customer/patient focused team who are enthusiastically committed to achieving outstanding customer service standards. She fills her non work hours by volunteering for animal welfare, at her church as a youth leader, serving those in need, and community street clean up. She considers walking the trails, reading, and cooking to be relaxing. Her best moments are those spent with her family, her dog Thor, and her two cats Tigger & Chyna.
Maureen Stankovich is one of the Billing Managers for Pennsylvania Dermatology Partners. Maureen has a passion for medical billing because of the relationship of my analytical skills and problem solving combined. Originally from the Pittburgh area, where she worked for UPMC as a Billing Specialist for 15 plus yrs Maureen moved to Berks county in 2017. When Maureen is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her nine year old Rottweiler, Diesel. She enjoys listening to all types of music as her son, Anthony, is a musician. Her favorite candies are Milk Duds and drinking pop.
Claims and Collections Manager
Stacey Michalowski is a Billing supervisor for PA Dermatology Partners. She has 35 years of billing and collection experience. Stacey was employed with PDP in the billing department from 2012-2016 and returned in November of 2018 to present.
The main thing she would like our patients to understand and know, is that the billing team is always here to help them with their questions. The Insurance Industry is ever changing and there are a lot of things that go on that people do not always understand or are not up to date with. We are always willing to help them understand these changes. Stacey has a strong people personality that never stops learning and striving to help others. These are qualities that she also looks for in her team.
Outside of work, Stacey is a part time licensed Massage Therapist. Stacey enjoys the outdoors and traveling with her husband john to wineries across Pennsylvania as well as taking vacations to other states and countries. She has two children, two step children and a handsome dog named Bernie.
Jenna Mulligan, Front Desk Manager, is a local Berks Technical Institute graduate with a Specialized Business Degree in Electronic Health Records. Her passion is to provide superior customer service while being a key player in the essential daily functions of a successful and growing company. Jenna previously worked at an OB/GYN practice within the Tower Health network gaining crucial medical practice experience. Jenna wanted to let her creative personality and critical thinking shine through so she chose a different career direction and joined the Pennsylvania Dermatology Partners team in 2019. Jenna strives to have a strong work ethic and pays close attention to detail. Her knowledge enforces being open minded when a situation arises and concludes all facts before addressing the task at hand. Jenna’s ongoing goal is to create efficiencies and consistently improve the overall patient experience by interfacing with multiple individuals. Jenna maintains part-time employment of 10 years at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers. She lives in Pottstown with her Fiance and puppy Capo. When she is not working she likes to spend time with her family and friends. Jenna enjoys shopping, baking and dancing. Her favorite candies are peanut butter M&Ms and Sour Patch Watermelons.
